You’ve Done Everything Right.
So why does it still feel wrong?
Trauma Coaching · Crisis Mitigation · Consulting

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve already tried to push through, fix it, or figure it out on your own. You’re smart. Capable. People rely on you.
And yet…
-
You’re stuck in patterns that don’t make sense.
-
Your body feels on high alert, even when nothing’s “wrong.”
-
You’ve done therapy, but it didn’t go deep enough.
-
You carry memories or emotions that don’t feel like yours.
-
You’re exhausted from always being the strong one.
If that sounds familiar, hear me: you’re not broken. Your body is doing its best to keep you safe. The work we’ll do together isn’t about fighting against it, instead it’s about learning to work with it.
Let's Figure It Out Together

I’m not a therapist; I’m a trauma recovery and crisis mitigation professional who knows what it’s like to carry the weight of things no one else can see. I work with people who, like me, have spent years surviving, on the job, in their bodies, and in this world.
If you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community, a first responder, or a business leader, you’ve probably been trained to keep going no matter what. What I’ve discovered, standing at the intersection of these three identities, is that I don’t have to do it alone, and neither do you.
Through nervous system education, story work, and honest, shame-free coaching, I help you come back home to yourself — safely, slowly, and in your own time.

Client Testimonials
I Have Never Been Met With Such Safe Compassion
"Oak was the first person to see me as a whole person. I am a business owner, husband, father, son and PTSD survivor. I have never been met with such safe compassion before as a man. We are too often taught to suck it up as men. Oak helped me see that having compassion for myself is not weakness. I am a better medic for my patients, husband for my wife and father for my kids now that I see where compassion impacts my life."
– MCW, US Army Veteran
I Finally Felt Seen And Heard
"Oak was a guest speaker at one of my graduate classes. Their discussion was about transgender and nonbinary people at the intersection of faith, I finally felt seen and heard sitting in that class. In the middle of our discussion about how we can support our members I came out to the class. It was scary but also safe because Oak created an environment of empathy, compassionate curiosity and genuine care."
– RMM, Minister
Loving Myself More Than I Thought Possible
"Oak has a way of seeing the whole person but not telling them who to be. They let me discover for myself how I wanted to show up in this life and walked along side me as I chose my path. I have always known who I was but I never could quite live it as I wanted to - but now I am thriving and loving myself more than I thought possible."
– HBT, Paramedic
